Most people already have what they need. Our platform runs on current versions of major browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge all work well. We test regularly on these to catch issues before they affect your experience.

- Edge 110+ provides solid functionality on Windows
Older browsers might work but you could miss out on smoother interactions and faster loading times. Keeping your browser updated also helps with security — something we both care about when dealing with financial information.

Security Settings You'll Need
We take security seriously, but we've tried to keep the requirements practical. Your browser needs to accept cookies for authentication — that's how we keep your session secure without making you log in constantly.
- JavaScript must be enabled for the platform to function properly
- TLS 1.2 or higher encrypts your connection automatically
- Third-party cookies from velcord.com should be allowed
- Pop-up blockers may need exceptions for document downloads
Most browsers have these settings enabled by default. If you've customized your security preferences, you might need to add an exception for our domain. The platform will let you know if something's misconfigured.
